• YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS: Placing an order in any form with NEWMONT CAPITAL GROUP, LLC. binds you to the Terms and Conditions set forth in the Product Purchase Agreement.
• SERVICE DESCRIPTION:  NEWMONT CAPITAL GROUP, LLC. guarantees the authenticity of any items as outlined in the Product Purchase Agreement.
• YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS: It is your responsibility to check your personal information and make sure it is correct before placing any order with  NEWMONT CAPITAL GROUP, LLC.
• PERSONAL MEMBER ACCOUNT: You are responsible for keeping all of your personal information current. If you do not update your personal information and an order is sent to a wrong address and lost, it is your responsibility.
• PRODUCT INQUIRIES AND COMPLAINTS: You may email any questions or comments to the customer service email address on the home page or call 800 789 4171 during business hours. (9:00am – 5:30pm PST)
• YOUR CONDUCT: Any use of profanity or slander of  NEWMONT CAPITAL GROUP, LLC. or any competitor on the site or in any email will result in termination of any of the registered user benefits.

NEWMONT CAPITAL GROUP, LLC refund, return and exchange policy is limited to five (5) business days from the date that you receive the item.  You must notify  NEWMONT CAPITAL GROUP, LLC Customer Service Department via telephone at 800 789 4171 within five (5) business days from the date that you receive the item and follow the instructions provided to you, at that time.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  You are fully responsible for all taxes, as well as return shipping and handling costs.   NEWMONT CAPITAL GROUP, LLC may reject any returned or exchanged item that does not reasonably conform to these terms.  If the case of a request for an exchange,  NEWMONT CAPITAL GROUP, LLC expressly reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to find an acceptable replacement or refund your money should an acceptable replacement be unavailable.  Returns, refunds and exchanges are subject to  NEWMONT CAPITAL GROUP, LLC Market Loss Policy. Any and all market gains on refunds, returns, and exchanges shall belong solely to  NEWMONT CAPITAL GROUP, LLC.

We stand by our 100% satisfaction promise and will go out of our way to make sure customers have a high quality experience.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at corporate@newmontcapitalgroup.com and send your item to: 12100 WILSHIRE BLVD, SUITE 800, LOS ANGELES, CA 90025

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.



If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Although most orders are shipped within one business day, in extreme circumstances shipment may take up to thirty (28) days from completed payment, depending upon the manner of delivery. Applicable taxes, as well as shipping and handling charges are not reflected.  You are fully responsible for applicable taxes, and shipping and handling charges. Each package over $1000 requires a signature upon delivery.  NEWMONT CAPITAL GROUP, LLC fully insures all of its shipments.

Should anything happen while your package is in transit to you it will be covered by our insurance policy.

However, we will not accept responsibility if you have left instructions with any carriers or delivery service to leave parcels unattended for you without the need for a signature or if you have given them instructions to leave your package with a third party.  When we ship to you, if metals are lost or damaged in transit, NEWMONT CAPITAL GROUP, LLC assumes responsibility to pursue any claim with the insurance company.  If we determine the package is lost or damaged, we will file a claim. Once the claim is filed, we reserve the right to re-ship your items or refund your money at our discretion.

Please note that  NEWMONT CAPITAL GROUP, LLC will not be responsible for reimbursements or insurance claims on packages that are successfully delivered as addressed. Our liability and insurance ceases the moment the package is signed for or left at the specified delivery address. Any issues or problems with a shipment MUST be reported within 2 business days, else  NEWMONT CAPITAL GROUP, LLC may have to refute any claims.

Our products are shipped within 4-7 Days using the following carriers: USPS FedEx UPS . To return your product, you should mail your product to: 12100 WILSHIRE BLVD, SUITE 800, LOS ANGELES, CA 90025. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
